Get your pictures in the yearbook! The Yearbook Staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the yearbook. If you've got great photos of school and community events or you and your friends just having fun, we'd like to see them. Our photographers can't be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want to have.
Here is how you can submit photos online:

• Browse to select the photo(s) you wish to upload.
• Enter information about the photo and provide contact information in case the staff needs additional information.

Morning School and OLGCA After School will begin on Monday, September 12. The FIAO After School program will begin Tuesday, October 11 and will be held every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
OLGCA After School will be every Wednesday and Friday.

One more day to donate to Operation Gratitude!
This morning, a reporter and cameraman from The Tablet and Currents on CTN came to do a story about OLGCA and our drive for toiletry and personal items for Operation Gratitude. (The reporter saw it on our school calendar online and called to ask me about it.) They interviewed Ms. Donnelly, our Student Council officers, and me about what prompted the drive and what we hoped to accomplish by it.
It is going to air tonight on CTN at 7:30 and 11:30, and again at 6:30 am tomorrow.

When going to the Hot Lunch form "tab" you will notice that forms for Penne Vodka Package ($4.00), Mozzarella Sticks ($4.00) and Rice Balls are missing. Due to "website" construction you will need to hand write the Penne Vodka, Mozzarella Sticks and Rice Ball (Rice Ball Package - $4.00, Rice Ball $3.00) forms at this time. Thank you.

All students entering 6th grade are required to have a Tdap vaccine, two doses of chickenpox vaccine and a dose of Polio vaccine that was given after 4th birthday.
All students entering 7th grade are required to have a meningococcal vaccine.
The forms with required vaccines were issued in school. If you received the form, either your child requires the shot or the nurse doesn't have a record of the particular shot. Please contact your child's medical provider regarding the shots and send all the necessary documentation (a copy of the immunization record or doctor's note with the date of administration) to school.
Students who had medication in school last school year were given new forms. If your child needs medication during next school year, bring completed forms as soon as possible.
Students are not allowed to bring any medication to school and the Nurse cannot administer any medication without proper paperwork. If your child needs to take medication while in school either daily or as necessary, please contact school nurse for a special form that the doctor has to fill out. You can also print those forms from Department of Education website, Office of School Health page, Health Services/Section 504 Accommodation section.
